Similar to when we first learned how to write in cursive, the Practice series challenges its viewers to reflect on their own journeys with the different words spelled out vertically. The way we love now  is different from years ago and will also change in the future. I also thought it was important to include the words “guns” —with the regular occurrence of school shootings, and “drag” —with the anti-drag bills spreading across America.
